What defines 3Q?

3Q is not defined by the game servers it has, it is defined by its people. All the members are viewed as family, and it makes everyone feel at home and is always joyful to play some games and interact. We only have two "mandaments." You have to respect everyone and be friendly. If you do that, others will do the same with you.
Why is the website in English if most of the player base is Portuguese?

Even though most of our members are Portuguese, 3Q indentifies herself as an international brand, and by being so, we have lots of ambition, hoping that in the future we're going to be a community full of different nationalities and cultures.
What game servers do you have?

At the moment, we have one FiveM Roleplay server that is full Portuguese, but we also have a DayZ server that is international. We already have open discussions to expand our brand with other games/servers.
Can I return a product if I don't like it / get a refund?

We hope you will love your product, and we have so many exciting things coming down the line. However, if you decide you no longer want your product, we have to evaluate the situation because we have a policy where we don't take refunds.
What will you do with the money you make from this?

The majority of all revenue will go back into covering the costs we have. The rest is to help us upgrade and bring new things to our community.
